We have a client who does B2B and the current way the prospecting tool is set up is super clunky when they are trying to work a Company as a Lead.
They want to be able to have the Company as the lead and then have a few contacts from the company also show up on that lead object so they can directly work that company.
Needing to create a lead object for each contact they want to communicate with at one company is clunky and doesn't do anything to allow efficiency.
Yes, there are some ways to work around this but they're clunky and don't allow ease of use.
We are experiencing the same challenge as a B2B company. I find our reps want the ability to enroll contacts in sequences in-bulk via the prospecting tool, but also want to view their leads as companies, rather than a list of contacts and their company listed.
Due to this challenge, there has been a low adoption rate of the prospecting tool. We have experimented with creating a workflow to set up companies as leads based on lifecycle stage to mimic the settings that the prospecting tool is set up with, but what would really be ideal is if reps could toggle back and forth between a contact view, and a company view on the prospecting tool.
