We are looking to move over to the Messages Tool but one feature that I currently don't have is not knowing when a chat has been closed on either side of the conversation.
It would be nice to notify both sides when either party closes/ends the chat.

Adding a "close chat" to the chat tool is very important. Having no way to close the chat, especially from the side of the user who is chatting in, also makes the post-chat survey almost obsolete as it only shows up after the chat closes, which can only be done by the Hubspot user (who has no idea when the chat should close unless they keep track of a nonresponsive chat and manually close it out).
