Close chat icon

Frequently, the floating chat icon hovers over an important button in our app, causing our users to have to minimize the screen to be able to actually click a button. There should be a way for a user to close/minimize/resize/move the floating icon so they can click what they need to click.

Upvoted. It would also be valuable if the chat bubble had a handle so users can move it where they prefer. Loom has this with their Chrome extension and it works well. The lack of options provided by Hubspot to work around this issue are disappointing.
