It would be beneficial to have a checkbox when cloning a campaign that indicates whether you want to clone all the assets added to the original campaign. Right now it's duplicating all the assets and if they are not applicable or do not transfer to the new campaign, you have to search and delete them manually.
Yes! It is so unexpected each time it happens - logic would dictate a warning and it is a pain to have to delete the assets. You can't even stop it from happening when you click and see its about to happen again (yes, I keep making this one same danged mistake because I never expect it. lol)
Yes, that would be extremely beneficial! My team keeps on cloning campaigns and the consequences are, I have to go and delete the workflows and other assets that won't be utilized. I would suggest that having the person cloning the campaign choose which assets they want to clone would be best 🙂
+1 - it's a nightmare to have to delete the assets (landing pages, forms, etc) that won't be used. At the very least, a notification that when you're cloning the campaign, that replication of assets is going to happen. But I would prefer to check off to NOT clone all assets.
