Clone tickets

We need to have multiple teams collaborating on specific issues; for this to work, it would be essential to have a "clone ticket" feature and to be able to associate them, so both owners receive notifications.

We use a product called Clone Attack. It clones tickets. It's very effective, and good value too.

I coun't wait, so I create stage in the pipeline called COPY;

So, tickets are created based on the information from another ticket......much like a clone.

Another loud voice supporting this. I also want to join this with the current Idea request for splitting and merging tickets. A major reason for cloning is that we actually need to split a ticket into multiple tasks.  This is a 101 feature of a helpdesk system so I hope to see it get traction quickly.

Cloning tickets big time saver, we have to create multiple tickets for the same agent, account & deal for implemenation.

Sometimes tickets are super complex and need to be broken out into multiple tickets so they are more specific to the different requests.

Hello, we process a high volume of Tickets, Deals, and Tasks and many of them are very similar. It would be helpful if I could clone or duplicate existing tickets, deals, or tasks and modify as needed. This would increase our efficiency and decrease entry time by more than 80%. As someone shared above, this is a no-brainer and less sophisticated CRMs have this as a standard functionality.

There is so much time wasted on filling out dozens of fields each time that could have already been completed by duplication.

Also, I don't understand why the same Contacts and Companies that are on a Deal I have are not duplicated to the Ticket when I create a Ticket from within the Deal. I have to waste time adding them every single time I add a ticket. Again, our previous simple CRM did that

Have any of you heard of Clone Attack? It's a HubSpot app that let's you clone tickets (among other records) both on the record itself and via workflows:

  

You can also carry over any associations that were on the original record!
