We need to have multiple teams collaborating on specific issues; for this to work, it would be essential to have a "clone ticket" feature and to be able to associate them, so both owners receive notifications.
It is extremely frusting that HubSpot does not natively have the ability to clone or duplicate a ticket. You can merge tickets but you can't duplicate them, that does not make any sense... This is a basic function that every CRM needs to have from a useabilty and efficiency stand point. I have gone in and made tons of different workflows to try and accomplish this and it just isn't a viable solution. This needs to get address and fixed ASAP...
