Client Feedback through Chatbot

Hello everyone! One of our clients need is to have a client feedback after a chat conversation, since we'are using chatbots for them, we would like to be able to gather the client feedback through the chatbot itself, but it is not avaliable yet.

We are currently using Intercom for chat support. We are considering jumping to Hubspot, but will not be able to do so until this feature is available

This is a great idea for both Hubspot and our business as well!! I think a lot of people will focus on Hubspot more entirely as well!

+1 - Every live chat support widget has individual in chat feedback at the end of each conversation.

We absolutely back this idea. HubSpot uses it themselves when you reach out to them for support, they make rating and evaluating their agents a piece of cake. We, the HubSpot users deserve to offer our end customers this same capability. Immediate feedback via chat is the norm, even my 100-year old ancient bank has incorporated it!

Totally agree with this idea. As it is right now, very few of our customers fill up their feedback by email, after they had a chat with us.

Being able to capture their feedback as the chat closes would be ideal.
