Clarification of Invoice Status in HubSpot - Suggestion for "Created Invoice" Label
I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the labeling of invoice statuses in HubSpot. Currently, when a new invoice is generated, it is marked as "Finalized Invoice." However, this terminology can be a bit misleading, as "finalized" implies the process is complete, while in reality, this action represents the creation of a new invoice.
I suggest changing the label to "Created Invoice" to make it clearer that this step signifies the initial creation of the invoice, not its finalization. This adjustment would improve clarity and ensure users understand the action performed without any confusion.
