Chronological order of notes and mentions in the helpdesk

Make it possible to put the order of notes and mentions in chronological order in the new Helpdesk option in HubSpot.

So that you don't have to scroll down for the latest comments/communications around the ticket.

In the helpdesk you can see the form (as a note ive put an idea here that this also needs to change) and communications between developers, our service desk employee and our designers
This is added in a order where the latest reaction (note or mention) is all the way down on the ticket in the helpdesk.
