Choose which calendar(s) booked meetings appear on
While it certainly is great that we can now integrate multiple calendars in the Meeting tool, the events only appear on the default calendar.
It would be great if HubSpot offered the option to choose which calendar/s the events appeared on. For example, in the Meetings tool settings if there were a list of all the integrated calendars with the options to check off "Which calendars would you like to have booked meetings appear on?" so that you do not have to search through several different ones.
A use case example of this would be a customer that perhaps has several different calendars tracking different events at demos@company.com, consultations@company.com, and conventions@company.com. If they have employees booking meetings on all these calendars, sure we now pull the availability from both, but this can be a pain for users that might not have access to the default calendar or primarily use a different one.
I completely agree, this is a must have and really frustrating that my team cannot have access for scheduling. When you have an entire team working to schedule meetings it would be nice if everyone could be able to carve this out in their calendar. I thought the backbone of hubspot was to make connecting & communicating easier for teams?
Another Upvote for this. We have different types of meetings and we need the ability to choose which synced calendar a meeting link is attached too. For example - we might have a consultation, then a deep-dive. We may have overlapping availability for deep-dives, as they are run by a different team than we have using Hubspot paid seats. I have these calendars synced but if someone books a consult, that time is no longer available for a deep-dive. Any work arounds with this? Use Calendly? Another 3rd Party App that we can use for scheduling? Use the API to create our own?
The whole sales team is connected to a Round Robin meeting link for the website, but sometimes we go to physical events which the meeting links are used too. Thus, it would be ideal that they could block those event times in the website meeting link, but still be available on the events meeting link.
Integrating different calendars and being to select different calendars in each meeting link would be key.
Our use case here is scheduling repairs - Our team of repair techs can each take one repair a day. We'd like to implement a system where the customer can select their preferred repair tech and schedule with them or schedule with the first available repair tech. We also don't want any internal meetings on the tech's calendar to block off the day to be able to receive a repair. So I'd love to tie a meeting link to a repair calendar rather than the default connected calendar.
