When viewing a checkbox field in a record it should show the actual checkbox not the Yes/No backend data. The whole point of choosing a checkbox field is to show a checkbox in the record!!
With a checkbox, the box is ticked or it isn't, true or false, there's no other option.
Displaying this as a dropdown allows the value to be not set, which makes it useless as a boolean value.
My workflows are unnecessarily complicated because Hubspot allows a condition where *you can't tell if a checkbox is ticked or not* which is a bit bizarre given they use checkboxes extensively throughout the UI, just not for the users to use..
