Chatflow for WhatsApp

Now that WhatsApp is available to connect on inbox it would be very useful to integrate a chatflow for WhatsApp, very similar to Facebook chatflow.

Don't understand why 2 years later nothing has progressed?

It is unbelievable that Hubspot hasn´t developed this functionallity yet. 

When you request a support from Hubspot 's staff. They recommend you to publish in the idea's forum however it has been published several times in the last 2 years and it is a quite obvius feature.

Muy necesaria poder automatizar procesos en base a conversaciones o interacciones con los botones de las plantillas de whatsapp. Así como poder enviar más de una plantilla, no solo para abrir o reactivar una conversación
