Chatflow Automation: Assign Chats to Different Inboxes

Desired State:

  1. We want to have Inboxes for the different teams (Sales, Service, Technical Support, etc.).  
  2. We want to have a single chat on all pages with a bot that determines the nature of the chat and assign to the appropriate Inbox.  

Problem: Currently, the Chatflow automation does not allow assignment to different Inboxes.

 

Desired Solution:  Create an automation feature that lets you use an If/then Branch to assign chats to any selected Inbox.
