Chatflow Ability to add quick answers to description or title
When creating a chat flow it should be possible to add a quick reply answer that was chosen by a customer throughout the flow to the title or description of a ticket or message you create.
Imagine you should choose from a particular area where an issue occurs, e.g. Parking Lot, Reception or Booking.
Now, later we could give a ticket the name "Customer Name" has a problem with "Parking Lot" and many more combinations.
