Chatbots, specify which FAQ pages are displayed by category

This is for Chatbots on different websites/pages to specify what FAQ article from the Knowledge Base would be most helpful for the page clients are viewing. Suggesting to specifcy articles on a website by using the Category section.

There are a lot of overlapping keywords for FAQ article, so the goal is to be more specific and direct.

This will lead to quicker answers and less time for clients to wait for an agent or email back when the answer is in a FAQ article.

For example, on our event planning dashboard, we want FAQ articles relevent to the dashboard. For our game platform, we want FAQ articles relevant to an attendee for troubleshooting support
