My hubbot is linked with Microsoft Teams. The challenge is that the bot setup does not give me an option of hiding the chat launcher. I only have 3 display option but there should be a 4th option which should be like "do not show chat launcher". Till you show chat launcher spam traffic continues to come. In my case I only want the chat launcher to appear when a customer clicks on "contact support" from the Settings menu. Having this added friction will help in reducing the spam traffic
