Chatbot not opening automatically on website | Reduces interaction to 10% from 25%
Chatbot on the website can be set as having 3 options,
1. Pop open welcome message as prompt
2. Only show chat launcher
3. Show the welcome message then pop open the chat widget when the trigger is met
Now, this was working absolutely similarly on desktop, as well as mobile.
Some recent changes made it not work this way on mobile, which had led to a decrease of 15% in interactions of the user with our website. Anybody else facing this issue?
I also want the same and want the solution but no one is there to answer, I request from the hubspot team to please consider it and help us with the solution.
