It would be great to see what kind of device someone engaging with a chatbot uses.
Use case I'd like to find out a specific region (more specific than just state/territory) to gauge whether:
That region is a service area
Which salesperson to assign the lead if the above is true
We currently determine regions via a custom map, and it would be great to link to this map in the chatbot; however, if a user is engaging with the bot on a mobile device, it opens the link in a new tab, thus taking them away from the chatbot and increasing the possibility of dropoff/disengagement. The same happens via desktop, although I believe the risk of losing someone is lower.
It would be great to analyse the user data to determine whether this link is a bad idea.
