We have received number of complains regarding the chatbot pop up message window is too big & blocking the content of the website. Here are some ideas /suggestions on the chatbot:
1. Make the pop-up window size configurable.
2. Add a "x" mark within the pop-up window instead of having the "x" mark on the bottom. The "x" mark on the bottom is really confusing and a lot of people didn't think that's the way to close the chatbot box.
3. Make the chat launcher icon configurable, so instead of showing a chat window, we can configure it to something like "Help" or "Chat with us".
4. Add an option of closing the chatbot window if the user is on the page for X seconds.
I think any one of those would be brilliant. But given the age of this thread, it looks like Hubspot isn't interested in changing anything about the widget.
