Right now, when the person agrees to the Privacy Policy banner (if enabled) in Hubspot chatbot the dialogue starts and it can only start after consent. But the information about this consent is not stored anywhere. It would be useful to have this record somewhere in case of any disputes and also because you can turn the Privacy Policy banner on and off any time.
we have a similiar issue. We do not need an explicit agreement but using the option "legimitate interest" where we only notice the user about our privacy policy. But with each new page loading the information banner shows up again for the user. This should only be shown the first time, the user is using the chat. So also here it will be necessary to store this information somewhere to avoid showing this banner again.
