Chat ringing directly to CS reps

Recommendation:  When a chat comes in we'd like it to "ring" to the next available agent.  We'd like to see it pop up "loud and clear" on the desktop regardless of where the agent is working on their browser (hubspot or another app). We'd like the chat to ring directly to them so they can jump right over to conversations and answer it right away. 

 

Our CS reps multi-task constantly and do not always have the hubspot screen up and are likely to miss a chat if it doesn't jump up and bite them.  The point of a chat is to get an agent right away. However, that won't happen with our team due to all the multi-taking they have to do.
