Chat flow action "Knowledge base lookup" reporting

Hi team,

Raising this for a customer here.

Currently, we have the option to turn on "Knowledge base lookup" for chats. However, we do not have a reporting tool specifically for this. I think it will be very useful for us to set this up so that customers know how effective their knowledge base (or this specific action) is and how it is affecting their workflow.
