Chat away message - updating During and Outside Business hours independently
I just went into the Chat Inbox settings, to edit my "availability" away message. When I change the "Outside Business hours" message, it automatically updates the "During business hours" message. This is confusing and we wish it wouldn't do this because my "During business hours" away message never changes, but my "outside business hours" away message does if our hours are different for holiday weekends.
I thought I would post here for future improvements! Thanks!
