Dear HubSpot team, 

 

We would like to change the language of the away message that is displayed when no agent is available for chat. 
Right now you can only change it for all chatflows. 

 

However, as we have multilingual websites and different chatflows, it would be a great advantage to adjust this message by language.

Agree! We have some many different languages on our site and English is not working for all.

We need that, too. The non-German websites all show the German version when we are out of office. That's really unprofessional.

When will this feature be available? We also need to write the away message in several languages, thanks!
