When using the Chat Box feature on our website, we would love to be able to save the chats in specific folders so that we can quickly find what we are looking for. For example, If someone is looking to book an education course, we have an education folder that can save that chat. If someone is having an issue logging into their account, we have a "Account Login Errors" folder.
We want to be able to organize it similar to how you can organize your email.
