Right now we use Drift. If someone asks a question to our bot and we have relevant help articles it automatically suggests them. It doesn't matter if we are offline or online. It is extremely useful.
After talking to an implementation specialist we were told we would have to make a Service Hub chat bot for each of those scenarios...?
