Chat Bot build - Determine Availability - Disable user text input

When using Determine Availability in the chat bot build, the guest's ability to write should be removed. When the system is determining agent availability, the guest is then required to type something in in order to advance in the chat flow (before they know yet if there is an agent avialble).  Guests typically begin to type in their questions, only to then be told there is no one available. 

Determine availability shojld not be offering a text input field.
