It would be helpful if attachments could be renamed once uploaded. This helps if there is an addendum or renewal to a contract and previous contracts need to have a more specific name.
Agreed! Many times you need to change the TITLE of the document or the date, etc. Being able to rename an attachment stored in the "Attachments" section would be VERY helpful.
Attachments are a vital component in many conversations with clients. But often the names are not very practical, like contract_final_draft_ver1_final.doc
Having a possibility to rename the attachments is important.
This should be already available in Hubspot, I am surpirsed that its not. How many of our our clients send files with random names? even if not, we might have a different filling system to the insurer or the client. This is a MUST and limiting the abolity of proper data management.
This is absolutley esential - it is a nightmare for our adminsitrators of our 1500+ team to not be able to right click & rename an Attached file. So glad this idea has been submitted.
