On the contact association card, there are some fields you can customise and choose what to have, like a phone number.
One of the fields you can't change is Job Title.
For businesses like us, who deal with consumers, having the Job Title field as mandatory is not useful and we'd love to be able to make use of the contact association card by having more meaningful fields.
My idea is that this can be configured, so that the Job Title isn't mandatory and we can change this.
upvoting this. We also deal in the B2C space and job title is of no value to us. We use the contacts association as we have multiple family members linked to each other and would prefer to have the option to replace it with something more useful.
Seams like a simple fix that would really make things more efficient for a sales person that is making a deal every 10 minutes and needs all information in front of him or her without cliking to other screens.
