In my company we work quite often at the Company level of accounts.
One thing I've found to be a bit annoying is that the person I need to email is rarely in the top 5 contacts in the sidebar, I then have to click into filtered view to find the person I needed.
It would be very helpful if you could change the order of the contact's sidebar so you can put your most relevant at the top for quick access.
