Change name of Lead (object) to Prospect (or let admins change it)

Lead, really?
Should be Prospect.
Not Lead - because that's a Lifecycle stage - and confusing a lifecycle stage with an object is already a huge hassle when dealing with HS+SF or D365.

Imagine:

Q. What's a Lead?
A. Well, it's a Lead. No, it's a Marketing Qualified Lead. Actually, we've set it up so a Lead is actually already a Sales Qualified Lead. 

That absolutely **bleep** for marketing-sales cooperation.

This! 10000x It's already hard to bridge language barriers and cross-functional barriers. Having one name mean two distinctly different things is so frustrating, it makes reporting confusing and honestly my VPs don't want to be hearing about "lead lifecycle" vs "lead object" in every conversation. Please change to Prospect (which is what it actually is) or allow us to change it. So tempting to switch to SFDC since everyone at least understands the terminolgy.
