Change delay for a specific contact in a workflow

We're currently using workflows to send sales emails (using it like sequences but automated and with more steps). We would sometimes receive OOO replies and would like to avoid sending the next email while the contact is still on leave. 

 

This is easily done with sequences with just editing. I hope we can have this for workflows too by changing the delay of only one specific contact to be after their leave.
