Change Upvote Icon

It would be great if you changed/updated the Upvote Icon so I can easily see if your system took my Upvote or not.

When "Upvoted"...

Change the color

Fill in the thumbs up

Do something so you can tell

I 100% agree with this idea.

I click on it and then see the upvotes drop. I then go, oops and click on it again.

Would be great to know if you have already upvoted a post or answer, especially when you come back to read the answers at a later stage.
