Change Default Submission Report from Overall Submissions to Unique Submissions
The default (and no way to change that I can find) is that any form submission is counted in Overall submissions, even if the same contact submits the same form 20 times. This is pretty useless data reporting.
The default column (or at least the option to change the heading) should be Unique Submissions. This is much more useful as it tells me how many different contacts submitted the form. Currently, numbers in reports are really inflated as we have found a lot of people will submit the same form multiple times (guessing they didn't think it didn't go through, maybe forgot and resubmitted another time etc.)
The request is either swap Overall Submissions with Unique or give user option to add Uniques to Analytics reports that track form submissions.
Please consider this! It would be extremely helpful to see how many contacts are filling out multiple forms and understanding how they are coming in to our CRM.
Yes! Without this, it defeats the ability to place a report (of all form submissions) on a dashboard to setup scheduled report emails for reporting. Reports should have the option to be setup as unique or all submissions--descriptions should be updated to reflect the inaccuracy of this data.
