Change Associations in Outlook

When sending an email from within a deal, we have the option to associate that email with only the desired deal (by unchecking the rest).

It would be immensely helpful if the same feature was available through the Outlook extension. Currently when it's sent/logged through outlook, the email thread is being associated with every deal in which that contact is also associated. This is not ideal as when multiple deals with the same contact are open.

SO incredibly frustrating that you have to go into Hubspot and uncheck all those boxes. Takes way too much time. You should have the choice of where to log it from within the Outlook desktop app.

@Flora - I went through the settings and actually prefer to leave everything on. Is there a way to turn off the auto check for closed deals? It associates all deals even if they are 2+ years old. It would be great to not have to uncheck those boxes. Is this possible?
