Central location to control CTA styles and the default CTA

It would be REALLY good to have a central location to control CTA styles where I would be able to create some styles that could be selected by people with lesser permissoins. 

It would also control the default CTA style which would mean I wouldn't have to go through the portal fixing them. 

Also, if the company has a rebranding, it would be good to have one style / place to go to change the style of many CTA's. Last year I had to go through hundreds of CTA's to update the look to the new branding.

I was surprised that didn't already exist. Agree, there should be a place to define the default styles for CTAs.
