Capturing Requestor and Approver Comments on Quote Approvals

It would be great if a quote creator and quote approver can leave comments for one another that are captured & saved in the deal (as a note, or otherwise), for quotes that are approved or asking for approval (to give the Approver context and to capture any conditional approvals given -- outside of any requests for changes, as changes may not be explicitly necessary).

For financial and audit purposes, we want a paper trail of all approvals that can be referenced/returned to later on. And ideally, these can be built straight into the quoting workflow, so that no one has to create / edit a note on the Deal before or after requesting approval or approving a quote (which will lead to people forgetting to do so).
