It would be great to have an option for tasks to cancel versus close. Sometimes our Sales teams aren't able to get to all of the assigned tasks for mutliple reasons. It would be helpful to have the option to cancel versus just delete/close.
We want to be able to track what's NOT getting done along with what is. This helps our management team determine if we need more staff, an employee needs more training, we have too many things on one person's plate, etc. Ideally we would love reporting to let us know what we "lost out of on" to have a better overall picture.
We previouslly used Microsoft Navison ToDo's and it had this feature which really helped. Since switching to HubSpot, we have lost that data and tracking.
Absolutely, this would be great. I don't recall offhand what CRM we used at NW Mutual, but it allowed for canceling tasks. As noted above, it provides space to input more details/history.
