Campaign Tracking Links must be named and have a state

We often end up with 5 to 20 tracking links even on smaller campaigns running for a short time. This makes it imperative that I can name each of the same and also change the state from active to inactive. I can quickly find specific links by name and not as now where I have to scroll left and right and page change ... 

 

Each tracking link must:

* Have a unique identifer (default one or two of the existing fields)

* A state field active/inactive
