Call recording

WOuld ther be any chance that call recording can be turned on for just certain team members or teams instead of it being an all or nothing global setting?

We need much more control over this. Can't use it at all because it's all or nothing. We should be able to choose call by call, start mid-call, stop any time.

Agree, and you should be able to restrict access to recorded calls. Default should be that only the individual user and a manager with specific permissions can listen to specific recordings. Or as simple as making it permission based. Only people with the permission can listen to others recordings, and that you could choose which ones that should be available to all.
