Call recording duration rep time vs. customer talk time
Hello,
With the call recording space and new prospecting area for sales reps - we have found this all really beneficial to our sales team. However, I was curious if we could have a report that compares the following:
- Sales reps call talk time vs. customers' talk time duration.
This would help reps realize how much they are talking vs. listening to the customer in a high-level report. We can see the talk time in the call recording, but having one report flip through by rep and their averages would be even more valuable to compare to the customer's talk time.
