Call phone numbers not associated with an existing customer record
Currently, HubSpot does not allow users to outbound call phone numbers that are not associated **bleep** an existing customer record.
I discovered this when I missed a call from a contact who called from a number that is different from their existing record. However, since it's not associated with anyone I actually don't know which record it would belong to, or if they're even an existing customer. I also don't want to create a new contact for the purpose of calling them, as it could end up being a duplicate record that I'd have to merge or delete later.
It would be much simpler if there was an ability to outbound call a number that isn't associated with an existing record.
