'Call from phone' feature for outgoing calls limited and inefficient
When using the Call from phone option, a first call from Twilio (our call provider) is dialled to the user's registered number, then a second call to the contact, essentially creating a conference call between your HubSpot's Twilio account, the user, and the contact.
We wish Twilio to call the user at a direct dial number, but choose to display our office phone number so that we don't receive return calls to the one direct dial number.
There are currently no workarounds. Hubspot please can you look in to this?
