Call dialogue templates

Good afternoon

I was wondering if it would be possible to add templates to the call dialogue box.  I use the HubSPot dialler and as part of my sales role I have to gether specific information to qualify a client.  When I have spoken to a client it would be good to be able to click on a template to fill in the relevant information.  Ie I use the MANTC method of qualifying a meeting and if I have done that I would like to be able to choose a template that allows me to comlete those directives as such

Thanks for submitting this idea! We currently have a feature called Playbooks, which solve for this need. You can essentially create call scripts with note fields that you can access during a call. While you're calling the contact, you can take notes in the playbook and save this information to the contact record. This feature is currently available for Enterprise customers.
