This is something we have been looking into as well! Almost all of our Rev Department uses HubSpot and we have a whole lot of call & meeting types set up. Even though we have tried to use the Dept initials to prefix the call/meeting type names it's still a very clunky user experience. It would really help if we could have the ability to break down the call/meeting type names view per team.
This would be extremely useful and is pretty standard +7
