NZ is one of two countries that does not include the consent message for recording calls.
Is there any way that this could be reversed?
Even though you don't legally have to let people know in NZ, most companies do and it is just good etiquette.
Every client I train in calling asks about this and some have even opted out of using the recording feature as they don't want to inadvertently record conversations.
