My company just recently got sales hub and has rolled it out to our inside sales team. It has come into question the call recording option. I understand that the call recording laws are on a state-by-state basis. I just had an inside sales rep in NY test out to see if we would get the call recording message and didn't because NY is a one-party consent state. With no way to test if the call recording messages are coming through since it is based on location and I am in a one-party consent state, my idea is to have the ability to turn on the call recording consent message for ALL states to eliminate any risk/liability/loopholes.
