Calculation in Dashboards

I've noticed that there are only a few properties that can be calculated in a Dashboard (mainly only ones deemed by Hubspot as able to calculate). 

We need to have the ability to not only show Counts but also Averages across reps for average number of call per week, average number of deals created per week (over a month time span).

This can't live on the property level within a contact.. But rather needs to be editted as a calculation in a report.

I second this idea/request. If you want to compete with SFDC as a wholistic solution, reporting options must become more robust.
