Calculated properties with both date and number criteria

Calculated properties would be significantly more useful if you could combine number and date critieria. For example, total value of deals in the past 18 months, or total number of deals in the past 18 months. This would allow for much more granular segmentation based on contract purchasing trends, and can't currently be achieved using workflows or other workarounds besides exporting your data out of the HubSpot system.

I have a similar issue. I would like to calculate an end date based on a start date (date field) and contract length (number field). At the moment it seems this isn't possible.

Yes @TCollins this is a killer. Being able to add a specified number of days,weeks, months to a reference date value is sorely needed.
