CTAs (beta) tool lacks "locations" data

I'm trying to use the new beta CTA tools and I don't see that it tracks locations that the CTA is used in like the Legacy CTA tool did. Am I missing something? This functionality is really important to us especially when we're launching a new campaign and looking to make sure a CTA for that campaign is used in the right pages/locations on the site.

(yes, I scrolled to the right; there are no more columns and I don't see an option to "manage columns")

2nd this. Especially for Active List creation with forms on CTAs. Right now there's no place to track which page a CTA was completed on.

Right now, I can't make a list of people who completed a form on a CTA. This is a massive blocker for us

I'll 3rd this! Definitely a VITAL part of CTAs.

Got this back from Hubspot support:

I spoke with one of HubSpot’s product experts and at the moment, it is not possible to filter forms submissions in a list based on the specific CTA the form was submitted on. This is something the product team is aware of and is exploring ways this could be implemented. As of now, the best way to achieve this goal would be to use unique forms in your CTAs and then filter based on the submission of that unique form.

Looks like we'll have to wait for this function 😕

It's been months and this is still an issue. We need to be able to see where a CTA is used to track them down in case we want to make a change or just simply clean-up our CTAs and get rid of those that are unused. This seems like a simple basic metric that they should incorporate, please.

@LisaR Agreed. Need an update here, feels unfinished.

Definitely makes sense to be able to have this info on the index page itself

Agreed. This would give a nice overview of the general distribution of the CTAs.
